Terms of Service

Stonewing Ltd is a company registered in the United Kingdom. These terms apply to the use of the Stonewing website and the Stonewing customer engagement platform.

Stonewing provides a customer engagement service made up of physical NFC and QR touchpoints, a branded customer page for each location, a business dashboard and anonymous engagement analytics. The service is provided on a per-location basis.

The service is provided to businesses, not to consumers. By setting up an account you confirm that you are authorised to act for the business concerned and that the information you provide is accurate.

The standard setup fee is £49.99 per location and includes the first month of service. A recurring subscription of £19.99 per location per month begins one month after the setup payment has been received successfully.

Prices shown exclude any applicable taxes.

Physical Stonewing stands are supplied as part of the service. Additional stands and replacements may be charged separately at the price shown at the time of the request.

You are responsible for the content you provide and for the destinations you configure, including review, social, booking and website links. You must have the right to use any name, logo or material you upload, and the destinations you choose must be lawful and appropriate for your customers.

We aim to keep the service available and working well. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and we may make reasonable changes and improvements to it over time.

You may ask us to cancel your subscription by contacting us. We will confirm the arrangements for your account, including when the service will end, at the time of your request.

If a subscription payment is not received, we may suspend the service for the affected location, which can include making its customer page unavailable, until the account is brought up to date.

Stonewing retains all rights in the Stonewing brand, software, platform and materials. You retain the rights in the content you provide, and you grant us the permission needed to display it as part of providing the service to you.

The service must not be used unlawfully, to mislead customers, to interfere with the platform or its security, or to attempt access to data belonging to another business.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability in connection with the service is limited to the extent permitted by law.
